Warm and Cozy Gite for four People

Our Tarn Gîte

is designed to keep you comfortable and warm in the colder low season months between October and March. Because the gite has been built to modern building standard you will find that it is completely draft free and has excellent heat retention. The gite is centrally heated by oil filled radiators and in addition has a Morso Squirrel wood burning stove. The beds all have duvets on them and although we think it unlikely that you will need them we also provide blankets. The windows are double glazed and have shutters on them which can be closed to provide additional insulation. We don't guarantee the weather but we do guarantee that you will be warm and comfortable inside our gite.

The Gite Living Area

is open-planned with kitchen, dining and sitting areas.

With its high ceiling, roof beams and spiral staircase, the living area has a very spacious feel to it.

When the sun is out the French windows add to the spaciousness with views onto the garden. In the evenings and on colder days the Morso wood burning stove gives a warm and cozy feeling to the gîte.

Our Midi-Pyrenees gîte

is located in the garden, at a good distance from our house so as to allow you privacy. Next to the gîte is a small orchard. You will have to come back in the summer if you want to taste the fruit from it!!

Bedrooms

The accommodation has two bedrooms, one downstairs with a double bed and one on the mezzanine floor with two single beds.
Both bedrooms have large built-in cupboards. An additional bed can be provided by arrangement. The beds have duvets on them and blankets are stored in the cupboards.

The Bathroom

equipped with a shower - is downstairs. Although it is not designed for wheelchair access, the bathroom and ground floor of the gite are suitable for people with mobility problems. Please contact us before booking, if you have any mobility requirements.

The Kitchen
is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven. We are happy to provide any additional utensils if needed.

Tarn Sun Lovers
Even if you are visiting in the Low Season between October and March, we often get 'T-shirt' weather and with a bit of luck you will be able to enjoy relaxing on our two terraces.

The front terrace has views onto the garden while the shaded back terrace has views over farmland, with woodland in the background.
