Booking Process

We follow a booking process set out by Clevacances. This gives you, the renter, the assurance that in the unlikely event of a disagreement, Clevacances will act as an arbitrator to sort out your problem.

To book the gite, we ask for a booking deposit of 30%. If you need to cancel the booking, some or all of this may be refundable - refund details are on the booking form and contract.

Please forward the booking deposit together with the completed booking form to us. Once we have received it, we will confirm your booking in writing, and post you a receipt and a signed copy of the booking contract.

The balance, together with a security deposit of 50%, is payable on arrival. The security deposit is held against possible damage to the accommodation and is refundable at the end of your stay if there have been no damages.

What is included?

Our prices include everything you will need such as heating, blankets, bed linen and towels. We provide some wood for the fire to get you started but make a small charge if you want more wood. On arrival, you will find the beds made up and the gite clean and ready for you. The gite is well equipped and we hope that you will find everything you need to make your stay with us comfortable and enjoyable.
